Therapy Services in Bucks County
Our Masters, PhD, EdD, and MD-certified mental health therapists have diverse backgrounds in social work, substance abuse counseling, and school education. Following your psychiatric assessment, we will work together to create a personalized treatment plan. Our safe and confidential environment provides a no-judgement zone where one can speak without worrying about negative consequences. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to our counseling; in other words, we incorporate many treatment modalities (CBT, DBT, Reality Therapy, 12 Step, Solution-Focused, Mindful-based, Psycho-educational, etc.) to provide what we call “Supportive Counseling.”
We offer group therapy sessions for teens and adults covering a wide range of topics, including (but not limited to) mental health, addiction, coping mechanisms, relapse prevention and relaxation techniques.
Our individual therapy sessions go into more detail, seeking to identify the root of your issues. These sessions are often among the most vital components of a patient’s treatment plan. In one-on-one therapy sessions, a psychiatrist helps you set goals and map out a plan of action. This will allow you to hold yourself accountable for treatment while making sure you have access to positive support when you need it most.
Our psychiatrists offer family therapy as well, and we encourage parents to become involved in their child’s treatment whenever and wherever possible.
We advocate and work with other agencies, schools, and employers because we want to see success in achieving your goals.
