Caroline Dabkowski, LPC -Clinical Supervisor

I’m a therapist who believes meaningful change happens best in a space that feels safe, collaborative—and yes, sometimes even a little fun. I’m active and engaged in sessions, and I don’t believe therapy has to feel stiff or overly clinical to be effective. Humor, when used thoughtfully, can be a powerful tool for connection, perspective, and growth. My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), along with a strong strengths-based perspective. I help clients build practical skills to manage emotions, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and navigate life’s challenges with more clarity and confidence—while also recognizing and building on what’s already working. I have a history of working within the LGBTQ+ community and strive to provide affirming, inclusive care. I’m mindful of how identity, relationships, and systemic factors can impact mental health, and I work to create a space where clients feel seen, respected, and supported in all aspects of who they are. I view therapy as a partnership. You’re the expert on your life; I’m here to help you uncover insights, develop tools, and move toward goals that matter to you. Whether we’re tackling long-standing patterns or day-to-day stressors, I aim to create a space that feels supportive, honest, and empowering.

Jonathan Magill, LPC -

Hi, I’m Jonathan. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who loves supporting adolescents and adults as they navigate big feelings, identity, and the ups and downs of life. I use Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral and Acceptance Commitment Therapy modalities in individual sessions and to help facilitate trauma-aware, strengths-based groups where people can feel understood, build coping skills, and connect with their own resilience.

I’m passionate about making emotional wellness and distress tolerance skills feel accessible and real. I foster experiences that turn CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness skills into something people can use in their day-to-day lives. Whether I’m guiding grounding practice, teaching a new skill, or helping a group talk through tough moments, I try to bring a calm, collaborative energy that helps clients feel safe to show up as themselves.

I care deeply about supporting Hope Springs Behavioral Health clients through self-compassion, identity exploration, grief, and life transitions. My work as a trauma specialist blends evidence-based practices with creativity, compassion, and a belief that every person has strengths worth celebrating.
