Outpatient Mental Health Treatment in Bucks County
Three Board-Certified Psychiatrists Working on Your Care
Hope Springs Behavioral Health is a family-owned and operated outpatient mental health treatment center where psychiatrists, licensed therapists, and trained clinicians work together under one roof. At many outpatient centers, psychiatric services are referred out. Here, three board-certified psychiatrists are part of your care team directly, collaborating with your therapist so that evaluations, medication management, and therapy stay coordinated throughout your treatment. That integration can reduce gaps and help keep your care consistent throughout your journey.
We're licensed by both the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS) and the Pennsylvania Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs (DDAP), and we're accredited by The Joint Commission (TJC). We offer intensive outpatient programs for teens and adults, accept most commercial insurance plans, and are now accepting Bucks County Medicaid/Health Choices. Sliding-scale fee options are available for those who qualify, and our team works closely with individuals and families to navigate insurance benefits before care begins.
If you're looking for outpatient mental health care options in Bucks County, call Hope Springs Behavioral Health at (215) 491-9900 to see if our program may be the right fit for your situation.

Intensive Care That Adapts as You Heal
Our intensive outpatient programs are designed for people who need more structured support than weekly therapy provides, but don’t require inpatient or residential care. It’s a level of treatment that lets you live at home, maintain work and family responsibilities, and still access clinically rigorous support. At Hope Springs Behavioral Health, IOP is covered by insurance and typically lasts 4 weeks to 4 months, depending on individual needs.
You'll receive a treatment plan built around your history, goals, and clinical needs, not a generic protocol. Our clinicians regularly reassess and adjust strategies as progress is made, so care evolves alongside each person instead of following a path that no longer fits. Our patient-first philosophy starts from the belief that what success looks like is different for everyone. We take the time to understand your story, your goals, and what’s getting in the way before building care around that.
Separate Tracks for Teens and Adults
Adolescent mental health treatment calls for a different clinical approach than adult care, and our programs reflect that. Our IOP tracks are designed separately for men, women, and teens, each tailored to the distinct developmental and clinical needs of that group. Teen clients receive care that accounts for the pressures specific to that stage of life, while adults are supported through concerns tied to work, relationships, and longer-term history.
Family Involvement as Standard Care
Family therapy isn’t an add-on here. It’s a standard component of the program because the people around you can be part of your recovery. We address communication patterns, boundaries, and family dynamics as part of IOP, and we also offer marriage counseling. We serve individuals over the age of 12 from all backgrounds, and our team approaches every client as a whole person whose experiences deserve genuine understanding.
