Mental Health Treatment in Bucks County

Intensive Outpatient Care for Teens and Adults

Hope Springs Behavioral Health is a family-owned and -operated outpatient that creates tailored intensive outpatient programs (IOPs) for clients dealing with a variety of mental health issues. We provide structured, clinically grounded care for individuals who need more than weekly therapy but don’t require inpatient hospitalization. Our programs let clients stay connected to work, school, family, and home while receiving the level of support their situation calls for.

People reach out to us when symptoms are escalating, when weekly therapy hasn’t been enough, or when daily responsibilities are becoming harder to manage. An IOP fills that gap in the continuum of care, delivering structured support multiple days per week without removing you from your life.

Mental Health Conditions We Treat

Our programs are designed to address a range of diagnoses and symptom presentations, including co-occurring conditions. Because of how we structure our treatment plans, our team can address multiple mental health challenges within a single coordinated model rather than isolating each diagnosis.

Some conditions we treat include:

If your diagnosis isn’t listed here, you can still reach out to our team. Many conditions fall within the broader clinical categories we address, and the intake process is where we determine whether our IOP is the right fit for you.

What Our Mental Health Treatment Plans Include

Our intensive outpatient program brings together the core services clients need in one streamlined model. Sessions meet multiple times per week for several hours each visit, and the program length ranges from 4 weeks to 4 months, depending on each person's clinical status.

Program components include:

  • Individual therapy. One-on-one sessions with a licensed therapist focused on your specific goals and clinical needs.
  • Group therapy. Structured sessions that build coping skills and reduce isolation through shared experience.
  • Family therapy. Included as a standard component of IOP, not an add-on, to strengthen your support network.
  • Psychiatric evaluations and medication management. A comprehensive assessment by a board-certified psychiatrist, with medication integrated into the treatment plan when clinically appropriate.
  • Marriage counseling. Available alongside IOP for clients whose relationships are part of the picture.

Getting effective mental health treatment doesn't have to require bouncing between doctors; our outpatient team combines multiple treatment methods and specialties under one roof for your convenience.

Why Bucks County Residents Choose Hope Springs Behavioral Health

Credentials matter when you’re choosing a mental health provider. Hope Springs Behavioral Health is licensed by both the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services and the Pennsylvania Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs (DDAP), meaning our facility meets the regulatory standards of two separate Pennsylvania oversight agencies. We’re also accredited by The Joint Commission, an independent organization that evaluates clinical standards, patient safety, and quality of care. That combination of dual licensure and Joint Commission accreditation isn’t universal among outpatient centers.

Our care team includes three board-certified psychiatrists who work directly alongside licensed therapists and trained clinicians. This isn’t a referral-out model; psychiatrists and therapists collaborate on the same treatment plan, so your care is coordinated from the start. Every client receives a personalized treatment plan built around their history, goals, and clinical needs. As you make progress, our clinicians reassess and adjust strategies accordingly.

We also believe that effective mental health care that residents can actually access means removing barriers rooted in identity or background. Our environment is welcoming, inclusive, and built on dignity. Open expression without fear of judgment is central to how we provide care.

If you or someone you care about is ready to get structured support, call (215) 491-9900 to speak with Hope Springs Behavioral Healthand schedule your intake today. New patients are welcome.
