Meet the Team that Drives Hope Springs Behavioral Health
Hope Springs Behavioral Health is committed to helping our clients navigate every aspect of their mental health through our intensive outpatient programs. We can’t do that without a team of qualified and compassionate professionals.
Robert Beck, MA, LPC, DBTC
I am a clinical supervisor here at Hope Springs Behavioral Health, and I have more than 30 years of experience in the field. I am a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor committed to supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments. I obtained my undergraduate degree at Temple University and obtained my master’s degree at La Salle University, where I graduated as a proud member of the honors society. In addition, I hold certification in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and support clients dealing with anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, and addiction challenges.
As a veteran of U.S. Army and someone who has been with the company since its beginning, I bring a deep sense of commitment, resilience, and stability to my work. Outside of my professional life, I am married and the proud parent of three children, all of whom keep me grounded and inspired, and I am also an active member of my community.
Blair Berk, LPC (Facility Director)
Blair is a Licensed Professional Counselor and the Facility Director at Hope Springs Behavioral Health, where she has been a part of the team since the program first opened its doors. In her work as a therapist, she takes a collaborative, client-centered, and strength-based approach, meeting each person where they are and working together to identify goals and build meaningful change. She believes that feeling heard and supported is a vital part of healing.
As Facility Director, her focus is on fostering a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and prioritizing client safety to keep our care thoughtful, consistent, and compassionate. She is deeply committed to creating a safe and supportive space where individuals of all ages and backgrounds can feel understood, supported, and cared for throughout their treatment journey.
Caroline Dabkowski, LPC (Clinical Supervisor)
I’m a therapist who believes meaningful change happens best in a space that feels safe, collaborative, and yes, sometimes even a little fun. I’m active and engaged in sessions, and I don’t believe therapy has to feel stiff or overly clinical to be effective. Humor, when used thoughtfully, can be a powerful tool for connection, perspective, and growth.
My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches, including dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), along with a strong strengths-based perspective. I help clients build practical skills to manage emotions, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and navigate life’s challenges with more clarity and confidence while also recognizing and building on what’s already working. I have a history of working within the LGBTQ+ community and strive to provide affirming, inclusive care. I’m mindful of how identity, relationships, and systemic factors can impact mental health, and I work to create a space where clients feel seen, respected, and supported in all aspects of who they are. I view therapy as a partnership.
You’re the expert on your life; I’m here to help you uncover insights, develop tools, and move toward goals that matter to you. Whether we’re tackling long-standing patterns or day-to-day stressors, I aim to create a space that feels supportive, honest, and empowering.
Jonathan Magill, LPC
Hi, I’m Jonathan, a Licensed Professional Counselor who loves supporting adolescents and adults as they navigate big feelings, identity, and the ups and downs of life. I use cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral and acceptance commitment therapy modalities in individual sessions and to help facilitate trauma-aware, strengths-based groups where people can feel understood, build coping skills, and connect with their own resilience.
I’m passionate about making emotional wellness and distress tolerance skills feel accessible and real. I foster experiences that turn CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness skills into something people can use in their day-to-day lives. Whether I’m guiding grounding practice, teaching a new skill, or helping a group talk through tough moments, I try to bring a calm, collaborative energy that helps clients feel safe to show up as themselves.
I care deeply about supporting Hope Springs Behavioral Health clients through self-compassion, identity exploration, grief, and life transitions. My work as a trauma specialist blends evidence-based practices with creativity, compassion, and a belief that every person has strengths worth celebrating.
Raphael Alfaro, LPC
My name is Raphael, and I have been in the therapy field since 2016. I joined Hope Springs Behavioral Health in September 2024. I continue to help individuals navigate their personal journeys with empathy and expert guidance.
I entered the field of therapy with a simple but powerful goal: to help people. I find particular joy in helping my clients reframe their narratives, taking the qualities they once perceived as weaknesses and transforming them into their greatest strengths. My approach is rooted in person-centered therapy, ensuring that every client feels seen and heard, while integrating practical skills from dialectical behavioral therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy.
With a deep fascination for the complexities of the human mind and a specialized understanding of medical trauma, I provide a compassionate space for those navigating various mental health challenges. Whether you are managing long-term stressors or seeking to better understand yourself, I am here to support your growth.
Danielle Korban, LPC
With experience ranging from teaching to behavioral consulting, Danielle’s background has remained aligned with maximizing others’ potential. Over the past five years, in providing therapy in community mental health, private practice, and intensive outpatient settings, Danielle’s style has been geared toward person-centered, narrative, dialectical behavior therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy approaches. Supporting others in disrupting fixed ways of viewing themselves and cultivating self-understanding are at the forefront of her work, with a bit of humor sprinkled in.
Alyssa Nicolosi, LCSW
Hi, my name is Alyssa Nicolosi. I am an LCSW who utilizes a trauma-informed mental health approach who believes that the best work is done through authenticity and compassion.
I create a space where people can show up exactly as they are, with no masks, no pressure, and the ability to use creativity to explore their story. My approach honors each person’s resilience, prioritizes emotional safety, and invites clients to reconnect with their inner voice through authentic expression. I utilize DBT, CBT, ACT, and IFS to meet your mental health needs. I look forward to working with clients of all backgrounds and meeting them where they are.
Stephanie Pierce, MS
Stephanie Pierce holds a Master of Science in Psychology and brings over 13 years of experience in the mental health field to Hope Springs Behavioral Health. She has worked extensively with children, teens, adults, and families across a variety of settings, providing individual, family, and group therapy. Stephanie’s approach is compassionate, practical, and client-centered, focusing on helping individuals build insight, resilience, and meaningful change. Her diverse clinical background allows her to support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions with both empathy and evidence-based strategies.
Erica Page, MS, LAPC
Erica is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults through some of life's most difficult emotional and relational challenges. She brings to Hope Springs Behavioral Health a rich clinical background that spans school-based counseling, adolescent mental health, and work with adults across a wide range of presenting concerns, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and the lasting effects of trauma.
At the heart of Erica's work is a commitment to meeting each client where they are. She integrates acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), schema therapy, sensorimotor psychotherapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy through a trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming lens, an approach that honors both the emotional and physiological dimensions of healing and recognizes that no two paths to recovery look the same.
Erica works with clients aged 12 to 75 and is known for the warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care she brings to every therapeutic relationship. Whether working with a teenager navigating overwhelming emotions or an adult working to break long-standing patterns, she remains focused on helping clients build meaningful, values-driven lives, not just manage symptoms.
Erica holds a Bachelor of Science in Family and Child Science with specializations in Social Work and Education from Florida State University, and a Master of Science in School Counseling from Gwynedd Mercy University. She is currently completing the requirements toward full LPC licensure in Pennsylvania.
